February 15th was a sad day in Alabama, where for the third time running, the state supreme court has upheld a ban on the sale of "obscene sex toys".
Involving a lot of legal brou-ha-ha that I don't really understand, the three-judge panel handed down a decision that means the state still has some right to decide what kind of power tools one might use on their fun bits. Ridiculous? Verily.
Three states still uphold laws about the sale or ownership of sex toys – Alabama, Texas and Mississippi.
