It appears our Britney appeared in a tattoo parlour in California's San Fernando Valley Friday night with her head shaved. She got a black, white and pink cross on her hip and red and pink lips on her wrist, but let's get back to this head shaving thing.
When the salon owner refused to do the deed, Britney apparently took matters into her own hands and shaved her own hair in the back of the salon. When asked why she did it, she said "I don't want anyone touching me. I'm tired of everyone touching me."
